Your impact

You review company-related (customer) contracts, develop action strategies for our consultants and employees based on these contracts, and provide support during implementation
You proactively review legal requirements and keep an eye on current legal developments
You support and assist in the selection and implementation of legally relevant, internal AI based systems and provide your legal expertise for the development of proprietary AI applications, digitalisation projects and certifications (ISMS)
You will prepare data protection impact assessments, data protection contract reviews and documentation
You will review guidelines, documents and processes in the areas of data protection, information security management and AI (GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001, compliance, etc.)
You will develop risk ratings and appropriate countermeasures for our company
You will be responsible for document and contract management
You will assist in the development and delivery of internal trainings (data protection, compliance, etc.)
You will participate in shareholder resolutions

Your profile

You have a degree in law (1st and 2nd state examinations), a degree in corporate law, business law (university of applied sciences: bachelor's or master's degree) or a comparable qualification
Good understanding of technical and economic contexts
You have a strong interest in IT and AI and would like to work at the promising interface between law and IT
You can comprehend complex legal issues quickly and communicate them clearly
You are able to learn new topics and implement them
You have strong communication and teamwork skills and enjoy interacting with people in an empathetic manner (consulting skills, NVC)
You enjoy taking on responsibilities and can handle several topics at the same time
You work independently, in a structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic manner
You have confident manners and strong negotiation skills
You are proficient in the common MS Office applications
You speak English and German fluently
