Your impact
- You will be working in our areas of data management, application development, business intelligence, and data science in the financial services, energy, and logistics industries
- Your future customers are mainly located in the Rhine-Main area
- You will maintain and build business relationships with existing and new customers
- You will find potential new contacts through acquisition and cold calling
- You will take responsibility for RfIs and RfPs
- You will identify and prioritize opportunities and develop tailor-made solutions for our customers as part of a team
- You will work closely with colleagues from pre-sales and delivery
- You will be responsible for driving the development of account plans together with the sales team and technical experts and ensuring their implementation
- Together with your colleagues, you will develop a sustainable sales pipeline
- Your contribution is important for development and growth

Your profile
- You have 5+ years of experience in generating leads, building sales pipelines, and acquiring projects in the financial services, energy, or logistics industries
- You are fluent in German and English
- You have extensive experience in placing consulting services with a focus on IT in the areas of data management, application development, business intelligence, or data science
- You are able to travel
- You have experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key contacts at potential customers
- You have experience in building, developing, and supporting customer accounts
- You know how to lead internal stakeholders—from account managers to senior management—in a goal-oriented and proactive manner and achieve sustainable results together
- You are interested in current developments in the IT industry, can identify market trends and customer needs, and develop appropriate offers with the offer teams
- You are used to working on many parallel streams and maintaining an overview
- You have a confident manner and are a good presenter
- You are an empathetic conversationalist and experienced in dealing with decision-makers
- A bachelor's or master's degree is an advantage
