Your impact

  • You are responsible for ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and support of Windows PCs, standard applications such as Office 365, and network infrastructure through on-site support
  • You will be the first point of contact with direct customer interaction and assist users with inquiries regarding Microsoft Windows, the Microsoft Office product suite, and other industry-specific applications
  • You will analyze errors and troubleshoot issues in both hardware and software environments, collaborating with 2nd- and 3rd-level support teams
  • You will use a ticket system to document your activities

Your profile

  • You have ideally at least two years of experience in IT support (hardware and software) - whether acquired during your studies or in a professional setting
  • You have excellent communication skills in written and spoken German (min. C1) and English (at least B2)
  • You convince with your communicative and positive manner and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work
  • You are confident in error analysis and bring a strong solution-oriented mindset
  • You have experience in on-site support
  • You have very good communication skills as a point of contact for end users
  • You have a basic understanding of ITIL principles
  • You are familiar with a professional approach and a healthy level of commitment, with a strong dedication to delivering results on time and within the agreed-upon quality standards
  • You are a real team player and feel comfortable working with multicultural and cross-location teams
  • You can handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously in high-pressure situations
  • You have experience with various operating systems (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting)
  • You have basic experience with network technologies and Active Directory
  • You have a good working knowledge of the most common Microsoft Windows versions and the Microsoft Office 365 suite
