What the job offers you

Senior Business Analyst Energy with excellent German skills (C1), proven experience in conceptual, technical and functional consulting for our clients
Development of individual solution approaches and methods through in-depth experience in the energy environment in almost all functions at operational level (e.g. trade, sales and logistics)
Development of the energy theme account with personnel, theme and customer development
Personnel support and development
As part of our consulting team, you work closely with our customers and business consultants
You will design and implement solutions for our well-known customers
Analyse and structure problems, including requirements analysis and the development of test and solution concepts
Intensive involvement in the implementation and commissioning of IT and trading systems
Support from our professional and technical specialists for a continuous exchange of information and experience
Exciting, varied and attractive project work with well-known customers

A few key data you should agree with

At least 6 years of relevant professional/project experience
Experience with market standard systems in energy trading
In-depth understanding of wholesale energy products and the basic business processes in energy trading or risk management of energy suppliers or energy traders
Great interest in further developing their professional, methodical and technical know-how
Ideally experience with third-party software in the areas of front-, middle-, back-office or market data
Ideally code understanding in a common programming language
Open-mindedness towards newer technologies, e.g. the implementation of development projects in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google)
Methodological strengths in the areas of requirements engineering and testing
Team-oriented, empathic and communicative personality
Presentation skills at all levels
Goal- and solution-oriented
Nice to have: experience in project management and personnel management
Very good written and spoken English and German skills
Willingness to travel
